Our Technology

Our novel fabrication process begins with a monolithic SiC which is then enveloped by an outer composite SiC layer. This outer layer has been shown to provide excellent protection against thermal and mechanical shock and is capable of being specifically engineered to meet the application’s requirements to enhance thermal transfer, insulating characteristics, and optical properties.
